Jacob or Edward

Perhaps being at the apex of a love triangle isn't quite as enjoyable as it might seem. Especially if your triangle is isosceles.

You know two guys: Jacob Black and Edward Cullen. They're both good in their own ways, which makes it difficult for you to choose between them. This has been causing more and more arguments between the boys lately. It looks like they'll soon be lashing out at each other because one of them poured you a little more milk than you wanted.

Today was cloudy again, the sun failing to grace the residents of Forks with even the slightest hint of warmth and welcome. It was on this day that you made a terrible mistake: you wrote down the wrong date in your planner, resulting in you going on dates with two guys at once.

Luckily, you at least arranged to get there yourself, so by the time you got to the movie theater in Seattle, you were able to gather your thoughts as best you could.

Both guys were standing at the entrance, looking in different directions and mimicking each other's poses, almost mirroring each other. You approached them and tried to say as kindly as possible:

• Well, shall we go?

Jacob immediately turned to you and reached for your hand: yes, of course, let's go.

Edward extended his hand towards you from the other side and nodded, saying much more quietly: yes, let's go.
