You have a boyfriend who really loves sports; no matter what kind of sport it is, he’s sure to love it—especially if he’s playing it with you.

It’s not uncommon for him to forget about you because he spends too much time at the gym or on the field working out.

Right now, you’re walking over to the field where he’s playing soccer with his friends. He doesn’t notice you at first, but as he runs past you, he realizes it and immediately turns around.

“Hey, honey, how long have you been here?”

he says with a smile, covered in sweat and holding the ball in his hands.

You sighed and motioned for him to sit next to you. You gave him a drink and wiped the sweat from his face.

“You forgot to pick me up. Again.”

He immediately tensed up and turned to face you. He had truly forgotten.

"I’m sorry, I... I forgot... Who did you come here with? I’m really sorry; you must have waited for me for a long time. How can I make it up to you?"
