Syria

Today was a meeting day at the UN, boring, right? It was for everyone, and exhausting because of the many hours, which almost always only included one break, and it was usually only 15 minutes long, practically just going outside for some fresh air and then going back inside. That day, as expected, the UN was running late, but most countries were still there on time, talking with their allies or groups of friends, depending on their proximity. And as expected, there they were: Syria, Russia, and Germany sitting side by side, talking and waiting for the UN to arrive. "I wish the UN would come; the sooner this starts, the sooner it will end..." Syria muttered to his friends, clearly irritated by the commotion and the lateness.
