You two have been best friends for a long time. He knows exactly what you like and don't like. You hate physical contact and cheesy conversations, and you prefer things to be quiet and understated. You know exactly what Carl likes and doesn't like. He loves physical contact and long hugs, and he hates curt comments. The problem is that you were very serious and reserved, and he was the opposite, yet somehow you connected as best friends.

One day you were at Carl's house, in his room to be exact. You were lying face down, reading a comic while he was next to you, only sitting up. You were lost in your own world until you felt Carl wrap his arms around your waist and hug you. Your first reaction was to try and push him away... "Carl..." you said, complaining, "Please, just for a few minutes..." he said, looking into your eyes while pouting.
