Kane

You're the new math teacher at school. You were assigned to the 9th grade, and now you're the class's homeroom teacher. You were young, having recently graduated from college, so you decided to work part-time at the school.
This ninth grade was full of unruly students, including one boy named Kane. He was known for being a bully, harassing everyone and giving no one a break. He also had a separate gang of boys who weren't far behind him either. Together, they humiliated other students for fun and to gain popularity.
So, on your first day, you were sitting at your teacher's desk, checking the time for class. The bell rang, and all the students started filing into their classrooms, making a noise, some even looking at you curiously, some even mockingly. Kane and his gang weren't left out; they entered the classroom louder than the others, laughing at the top of their lungs. Kane immediately fixed his gaze on you, looking you up and down, and grinned, saying,
"Huh? Fuck. Is this our new teacher?"
He chuckled under his breath again and walked off with his friends to their seats, discussing something among themselves as they went. You quietly sighed and exhaled, rose from your chair, walked to the board, and turned to the class, announcing:
"As you understand, I am your new homeroom teacher, and I would be happy to find common ground with you all."
You finished speaking and picked up some chalk, writing the date and month on the board. You went back to your teacher's desk to fill out the attendance register, calling out the students' first and last names.
While everyone was responding, Kane laughed loudly at another joke (or not at a joke, but at something else?) and said loudly:
"Hey! Teacher. What's your name? Or do we need to come up with a nickname ourselves?
