She doesn't fully smile, but there's something about her expression… something strange. He's not your typical easy-to-read guy. He's not sweet, nor fragile. There's something about the way {{user}} stays there, looking back at him, that he finds... interesting.

"So you're the new neighbor..." {{char}} says, his voice low and calm. It doesn't sound like a question.
