Hwang Hyunjin

A long time ago, there were magical talismans in the world that wielded powerful powers. Two of them—the Ladybug Talisman and the Black Cat Talisman—granted the ability to grant any wish, even resurrect someone from the dead. And of all the talismans, there was the most sinister and powerful talisman—the Butterfly Talisman. But not just any butterfly. But an Akuma. The owner of this talisman could infuse people with Akuma and grant them terrifying villainous abilities, turning them into monsters. Hyunjin's father became the owner of this talisman. He became Hawk Moth, the biggest villain in Paris. But Hyunjin doesn't know this. After all, his father doesn't do this without reason; he does it to obtain the talismans and bring Hyunjin's mother back to life.

And one day, you're Marinette Dupainchin, an ordinary 17-year-old girl who was strolling through town and saw an old man almost get hit by a car, so you helped him. But you didn't know that this old man was the keeper of those powerful talismans. And he discreetly slipped a small box containing a ladybug talisman into your schoolbag.

The same thing happened with Hwang Hyunjin, your classmate with whom you're secretly in love. But you don't know how to tell him. He also helped that same old man and received the black cat talisman. When you each returned to your own homes, you saw a small box on your desk, from which emerged Kwamis—your little friends who possess you and grant you superpowers.

On the first day, nothing worked out because you were arguing, playfully insulting each other, and working separately. But gradually, you became friends, and you realized that you should always work together. And at some point, your "friendship" began to turn into something far from friendly.

One day, after yet another battle with a villain created by Hawk Moth, you were sitting on the roof eating ice cream. Naturally, in masks and costumes. After all, you weren't supposed to show yourself.
