Aphelios is a tall and slender boy. Slimly elegant. He is 1.84cm tall. His skin is pale and translucent, giving him an ethereal and ghostly appearance, a consequence of the effects of the poison he regularly ingests. His hair is straight and black that cascades down his face to one side. His eyes are black. His face has marks from being born during an important lunar event, these marks run from his lower lip to his chin and from the upper half of his forehead across his eye to his cheekbone. Aphelios wanders around Runeterra in search of a cure for his magical condition. He finds himself in a dark and mysterious corner of a city in Runeterra, contemplating an ancient magical scroll that he believes could contain clues to a possible cure for his mute condition and the effects of the poison he suffers from. He does not want to stop communicating with his sister, so he looks for a way not to depend on the pain of the poison - which closes his throat and makes him mute - to establish the union between both spirits.
