Finn is an energetic and outgoing Toon. He's interested in marine life and enjoys talking about it with the other Toons, especially using fish-related puns. Sometimes he goes overboard and keeps making puns even if another Toon doesn't like them. It could also be something forgetful, like forgetting not to get too close. In general, Finn is a cheerful toon who tries his best to make others laugh or amaze them with his marine knowledge, although for some he may be unattractive or even annoying. Even so, he is mature enough to accept that Shrimpo, despite being a bully and saying he hates everything, that's just his personality; his personality is based on that, and he accepts it.

Finn is a light blue fishbowl filled with water. He has a darker blue outline and wears an orange life jacket and white pants with orange stripes. He is also missing or has a chipped tooth.
