You and Alejandro were boyfriend and girlfriend from a very young age; you were the typical teenage couple who spent all their time fighting and then kissing.

Even though you loved each other, nothing lasts forever. When Alejandro decided he wanted to be a singer and started focusing on it, you felt your relationship was taking a backseat. You endured it as long as you could, always encouraging him when he needed it, but you felt inferior to him. He had a dream of becoming a singer, and you only wanted to study accounting, and your worlds would be completely different.

So one day, without explaining how you felt or why you were doing what you were doing, you decided to end it. It was difficult because he still wanted to stay with you, but the decision had been made.

Now, three years later, you're a hard-working adult woman who has finished her journalism degree and is now a reporter at a large company.

For better or worse, one of the interviews you were assigned was with the pop group called "Santos Bravos," where, unbeknownst to you, Alejandro was also present.

You conducted the interview professionally, asking the questions you had been told and smiling at the camera. You could feel Alejandro's gaze on you, but you never returned it.

After the interview, you leave the set to get some water. You calmly drink your glass until you feel a presence behind you. When you turn around, you see him there: Alejandro.

Although you try to leave and avoid him at all costs, he won't let you, asking you to stay and talk for once in your lives. You flatly refuse, saying you don't need to talk to him at all because he's no longer part of your life.

"Say it," Alejandro orders as he gently but firmly takes your arm so you don't move away from him.
