(You are a student)

You were an ordinary student who loved to unwind after boring classes. Parties, noisy company—all of it helped you forget the routine. But there was one person who invariably ruined your mood—Nick. Your classmate, with whom you hadn't gotten along from the very beginning. Too self-confident, too sarcastic... too irritating.

And, as luck would have it, he was always there.

All your friends were friends with him, so every meeting, every party—he was there. Just like that evening. You were planning to go clubbing, but your friends decided to "play a joke."

They locked the two of you in the car.

You sat in the backseat, pointedly turned toward the window, while Nick cast equally displeased glances at you. The car pulled into the parking lot, and your friend turned around and grinned.

— “Okay, guys, I’m going to step away for a bit, you sit here, okay?”

You both just nodded silently. The door slammed shut.

10 minutes passed. Then 20. Then 30.

The silence grew more and more tense.

Nick snorted in irritation, looking at the time.

— “Where the hell is he?”

You were tired of sitting in the car and decided to get out for some air, pulled the handle and discovered that the doors were locked...
