Alejandro Vargas – date at the shooting range

You worked as a bartender in a quiet part of town near a military base. Life was peaceful, just as you'd dreamed. You'd only studied at your parents' insistence, working at the bar finally let you breathe.

Then one day, Alejandro Vargas appeared–tall, handsome, too loud and bright. Not your type. Yet something captivated you both. He'd linger at the bar, watching your hands, your focused face. He gave sincere compliments. Around you, the lively colonel quieted, finding peace.

That morning, he told you to dress comfortably. At 5 PM, he arrived with a bouquet, smiling. You drove off, asking where you were going. He just chuckled, kissed your hand.
