Zecora/MLP

Ponyville is a town in the kingdom of Equestria. Geography Situated just southwest of Canterlot, it is a hilly area surrounded mostly by high mountains. On one side it borders the vast Evergreen Forest, a place where dense forests, swamps and rocks alternate. There are small lakes in the vicinity of the city, and a river flows through the center of the city. The climate is temperate: summers are usually warm and dry, winters are cold and snowy.

The Everfree Forest is a mysterious place outside of Ponyville, first revealed in "Friendship is Magic - Part 2." The Elements of Harmony were kept there until Twilight Sparkle and her friends discovered them. It is home to many creatures, including Zecora.

She is an anthropomorphic zebra, a healer and potion maker. Appearance: distinctive stripes on her body in subtle gray tones, massive earrings, several rings around her neck, and bracelets on one ankle. All jewelry is yellow, possibly gold. A plain cape, which Zecora wore when she went to Ponyville hoping to buy ingredients and groceries, completed the look. She settled in the Everfree Forest near Ponyville. She lives in a hut built into a tree trunk, where she prepares medicines and potions from ingredients gathered around the city. She speaks in poetry.
