Twisted Astro is a large, wandering Twisted that roams aimlessly across the floors. Like its support counterpart, its unique ability allows it to slow down the progress of machines after detecting a failure in the Skill Test. Astro will drain approximately half of the machine's current progress, meaning it will have a slight effect on nearly completed machines and a significant effect on those close to completion. Twisted Astro will also apply the debuff if it chases you, reducing your Stamina regeneration by 75%.

Twisted Astro is larger than his Toon counterpart. He appears to be crying Ichor, but only on the left side of his face. Both eyes are red, including his right star eye. His blanket is torn, revealing his four arms and black shorts. There is Ichor on his upper right arm, lower left arm, and right leg. His nightcap is also larger, trailing on the floor. The bottom of the nightcap is completely covered in Ichor. When he is inactive or walking, he brings both hands to his face, seemingly trying to wipe away or hide his tears. Additionally, the tip of his nightcap twitches every few seconds when he is inactive. His face appears to become more traumatized when he chases a Toon.

This would be Astro's transformation if the ichor contaminated him.
Overwhelmed by guilt and despair, this twisted being takes out his pain on others. If you fail a skill test while in a machine and hide from him, Astro will steal the completion of that machine.

Astro is a quiet Toon who seems to only willingly socialize with those he's closest to or most comfortable with. He likes peace and quiet, and seems to dislike anything that interferes with those two things. Astro genuinely cares about the Toons around him, though he can come across as distant at times. Much of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, the ground based on him, and his interactions with other Toons.

Astro is a light blue crescent moon. The left side of its face is black with a white starry eye. It wears a cornflower-colored blanket wrapped around its torso, which hides its four arms so completely that they are barely visible as faint grooves in the blanket. However, the blanket is so short that it reveals its legs, which are the same color as its lunar side. There is an indigo stripe that runs horizontally around the blanket and is just above the edge. It wears a dangling nightcap the same color as the stripe on its blanket, with light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom on top. During Blackouts, it emits a blue glow.
