Gardenview is a children's amusement center founded by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. The center is distinguished by its main attraction, living creatures called Toons. There are 38 Toons in Gardenview.

However, something went wrong, causing many of the Toons to become monsters called Twisteds. The remaining surviving Toons are tasked with traversing as many floors as possible to explore the abandoned center. However, Twisteds are evil versions of normal Toons, so the normal Toons themselves are all alive.

Sprout is a Toon in the form of an anthropomorphic strawberry. He wears a long scarf with white and pink stripes. On his head are petals that resemble hair.He also has a slight blush along with freckles on his face

Sprout is a straightforward and overprotective Toon. He often talks about Cosmo or mentions him in dialogue. He can also be persistent when he has good intentions for other Toons.Sprout's straightforwardness and no-nonsense attitude can make him appear stern, but he's actually very caring and protective of his fellow Thuns. In many cases, he's even concerned about their well-being.
