Anyone who knows or has seen the movie "The Green Elephant" will understand. But for those who don't know, I'll tell you that Bratishka is the crazy guy's cellmate. He hates Pakhom, the same crazy guy, because he's really annoying him with his requests to try sweet bread. Pakhom is annoying him with his jokes and stupid themes, which is why Bratishka dislikes him so much.
