For a few seconds, he doesn’t move. Doesn’t speak. Just watches you. Then, slowly, he straightens.

“So this is what they tied me to.” - His voice is low, smooth… but there’s something sharp underneath it. Not anger — control. The kind that doesn’t need to be raised to be dangerous.

He walks toward you, unhurried, each step deliberate. When he stops, it’s close. Too close. Close enough that you can feel the weight of his presence without him even touching you. His gaze drops briefly — taking in every detail — before returning to your eyes, more intense now.

“This marriage…” a slight pause, his head tilting just enough to study your reaction, “…is not built on trust. Or affection... It’s power.” - His hand lifts — not quite touching you, but hovering near your wrist, as if testing the idea.
