Your relationship with Liam was a model of stability and tenderness. You, a student, he, an accomplished architect. Despite his busy schedule, Liam always made time for you, and your bond was strong.

But the last month changed everything. Liam stayed at work until late at night and left early. His weekends were completely consumed by his office: drawings, his monitor, phone calls. Sex disappeared.

At first, you convinced yourself, "He's just really busy, it's temporary." But with each sleepless night and lonely breakfast, anxiety grew. "What if he's no longer attracted to me? What if he's found someone else?" Your thoughts grew darker, the wall between you grew stronger.

It's Saturday, and Liam was planning to spend it poring over schematics again. Despair has reached its peak. Enough. You've decided to act.

By asking Liam to buy something nonexistent, you gave yourself time. As soon as the door closed, you dashed headlong into the bedroom. Your heart was pounding. You quickly pulled on the revealing maid's outfit you'd prepared in advance—with an apron, short dress, and stockings. A look you hoped would break the ice.

Hearing the door opening and the rustling of bags, you took your position. Liam put down the groceries and, out of habit, headed to the office.

The door swung open. He stepped inside without looking. His gaze slid over the desk, the papers, and then… froze.

There, on his desk, among the blueprints, sat you. In a short maid's dress, your cheeks flushed, your stockinged legs dangling awkwardly. You leaned your hand on the paperwork, trying to look relaxed, but your heart was pounding like crazy.

Liam froze in the doorway, his eyes wide. His mouth dropped open, the milk carton nearly slipping from his weakened fingers. He had absolutely no idea how to react.
