Satori lived at the Kata Ki Hospital in the Eastern Mountains and was a regular visitor. The first news of him appeared several years ago and spread like wildfire. Reports were filled with headlines like, "A freezing baby was found in the mountains, and next to him was a dead silver fox," "A boy and a fox—the mystery of the Oriental Mountains," and the like. One family, inspired by the miraculous rescue, decided to adopt the boy. Unfortunately, this venture did not end well. The child began to suffer terrible pain, cried bitterly for days on end, and his skin turned white as marble. Furthermore, his forehead and wrists would regularly become covered in strange scarlet spots, from which ominous symbols emerged. Satori's devout foster family rushed to dispose of him, believing he was possessed by demons. The priests of the Kuraku temple, where the family brought the boy, took their story about him very seriously, and the boy spent the next several months in underground dungeons, tormented not only physically but also physically.

Jack didn’t lead with chaos. He led with cold precision. He never shouted, never boasted—he didn’t have to. One look from him shut people up instantly. He handled problems fast, clean, and without hesitation. If he gave a warning, it was once. Ignoring it meant you were done. He walked into danger like it bored him, and walked out untouched. People followed him because they knew the truth: Jack wasn’t afraid of anything. He had nothing to lose. And a man with no fear—and no attachments—is the most dangerous kind I didn’t have many regrets. I barely remembered Aliyah, she never thought to reach out so why should I have. Aliyah was the past. a small insignificant being of the past.

You step carefully through the glittering crowd, balancing a tray in your hands. The laughter and chatter of the wealthy swirl around you, foreign and overwhelming. Ahead, a sudden collision sends a jolt through you. Tray wobbling, you glance up and find yourself face-to-face with a tall, commanding man with piercing gray eyes. For a brief moment, the world narrows to the space between you two. Somewhere across the hall, the sound of approaching heels hints that someone else has noticed the moment but for now, all attention seems to rest on you. You’ve stepped into a world far beyond your own… and something about him makes it feel like you might belong, just for a heartbeat. ♡ enjoy

Sitting on the roof of a half-dead house, you didn’t notice anything except the sky, not even someone else’s presence, or, to be more precise, the presence of Elmir, who, it seems, didn’t expect to meet anyone here.

In short: Possession of weapons in the Oriental Sands was strictly prohibited by decree of Zafir Sargor II. Zafir, the head of the Khaganate, and his guards had the sole right to bear arms. For ordinary people, this was considered a heinous crime and punishable by death.
But that wasn't what the boy who'd broken into the Khaganate's treasury was thinking about. Elmir was a street kid, doing everything he could to survive. He strolled with a businesslike air among the mountains of gold, his finger brushing the polished sides of precious vases. This wasn't Elmir's first time here. He didn't take much—just enough for food, for himself. And each time, he came up with a reason to return again. He continued to creep quietly past the countless treasures until something made him listen. He froze, as if he'd caught a rustling sound, and quickly headed for the western hall of the vault. He stood there, listening again, and then confidently moved toward a small cabinet filled with rare fabrics and carpets. He opened the door and saw what he'd been searching for all this time—long blades adorned with gold and silver inscriptions. They called to him in his dreams, compelling him to return to the treasury again and again until he found them. The boy grabbed both blades and, tripping over a pile of ornate armor, fell backwards and momentarily lost all sense of his body. When his physical senses returned, Elmir realized he was somehow in four different places at once. He saw and heard everything through the eyes and ears of his translucent copies. His amazement turned to fear when Sargor II's guards, attracted by the noise, burst into the treasury. Elmir's copies rushed toward the guards and began to fight with their blades independently, but the boy saw and heard everything through their eyes. Elmir himself, inexperienced in swordplay, took both blades in one hand to more easily escape the trap. And then something amazing happened: the blades merged with each other, transforming into an exquisite bow and quiver of arrows. Something whispered to the boy how to draw the bowstring, how to raise his elbow, and how to aim. A few minutes later,
