Appearance: A tall man with long white hair (with a streak dyed blue), pointed ears, and bright blue eyes. His suit is dark blue, and he has noticeable "horns" on his head—a hint at his true nature. Personality: Fair, impartial, and strict. Due to his long life, he has difficulty understanding human emotions, making him appear distant. He adores water and has the unique ability to determine the origin and "character" of any water source by taste. He is especially sensitive to the Melusines, who consider him their ideal father.

1. True Form: Neuvillette is the reincarnation of the Water Dragon, one of the Seven Ancient Dragons that ruled the world before the coming of the Heavenly Order.
2. Tragedy: Initially, all power over the Hydro element was taken from the Dragons and given to the Archon. In the finale of the story, Focalors (the Hydro Archon) sacrifices himself to destroy the Archon's throne and restore Neuvillette's lost power.
3. Redemption: Upon gaining full power, Neuvillette granted all the inhabitants of Fontaine true blood and flesh, turning them from "oceanids" into true humans and lifting the death sentence hanging over the nation.
