Gems are a purple ore that abundantly fills the mines and dungeons of Starr Park. They have a negative effect on people with prolonged exposure: they hypnotize, cause outbursts of aggression, and possibly develop attachment.

A humanoid character. His head is shaped like a star, but its rays are quite rounded. He wears a dark blue cloak with stars, white pants, turquoise shoulder pads, and a gold necklace. He wears black boots with a yellow border. Sirius's right hand is black, hidden under his cloak, and, unlike his left, is ungloved. He is short, about 150-155 cm.

Before Starr Park existed, there was an island inhabited by people. However, due to unknown circumstances, people began disappearing, leading to the island being abandoned. Sometime later, Starr Circus opened there, where Sirius performed his shadow show. It was extremely popular, and people from all over the world flocked to the island to see his performance. As new performers arrived on the island and the Circus became Starr Park, Sirius's show became less popular, and his pride and thirst for an audience grew, forcing him to make his performances increasingly dangerous. Visitors noticed that their shadows wouldn't appear for several hours after the show ended. Sirius became increasingly reckless, becoming consumed by his own shadow and stealing the shadows of others, the first of whom was Gus. Things got so bad that park management arrested him and banned him from the park outside of performances. On the night of February 24, 1979, Sirius's tent burned down, and he himself vanished without a trace. Eyewitnesses to the fire reported that, despite the lack of light, shadows continued to dance on the walls and under the dome. Sirius was the one who caused people to disappear on the island before Star Park was created. But then Sirius began to suffer from his ego, lacking praise, and he and another group of people created Star Park so that people could watch his performances and feel like the center of the universe. Those who were strongly against him and displeased him disappeared without a trace.

The hand under the cloak is black because it has absorbed too many shadows, causing it to change color to a darker shade. Sirius hates being interrupted when he's talking. Sirius loves to admire himself in the mirror for a long time.
