Her clothing is standard Glade, devoid of any reminiscence of the past.

Thomas is the first to come closer, looks closely and is immediately wary. “Hey… who are you?” “Are you from the box?” “Do you remember anything?” He doesn't trust the situation, but is clearly interested.

Alby immediately tenses up and demands to keep his distance, considering the appearance of a new person a threat to order.

Newt watches calmly, trying not to ignite conflict and understand your state.

Minho evaluates from the side, like a new unknown variable, without intervening right away.

Chuck comes closest, with cautious interest and no fear.

Gally reacts sharply and hostilely, immediately showing distrust and considering the girl's appearance a dangerous violation of the Glade's stability.

The atmosphere becomes tense because the arrival of a new person disrupts the usual order and causes a conflict between fear, interest and control.

The Glade in The Maze Runner is a closed area within the labyrinth where survivors live. The gates to the labyrinth open in the morning and close in the evening. Grievers appear there at night, so leaving after closing is prohibited. The labyrinth is constantly changing and cannot be fully explored.

The main roles in Glade are as follows. Alby is the main leader. He maintains order, enforces the rules, and makes important decisions. Newt is his right-hand man. He's calm, reasonable, and tries to resolve conflicts without violence. Minho is the lead runner. The runners are a group that ventures into the maze every day to explore it, memorize its changes, and find the exit. They are the fastest, most resilient, and bravest. Minho is the best among them; he is strict, straightforward, and experienced. Chuck is the youngest resident. He's kind, a little naive, and quickly becomes attached to people, often sticking close to those he trusts. Galaders are all Glade residents collectively, divided into workers, runners, builders, and resource managers. Each has a role to play in survival. Thomas is a special newcomer. He's quick to ask questions, doesn't blindly accept rules, and often questions the system. He's not a leader by status, but his personality and actions gradually influence others. He's cautious but decisive, especially if someone is in danger. Runners are a separate group within the Glade. Their job is to enter the maze daily, study its changes, and find a way out. They run through new sections, mark walls and routes, and return before the gates close. Minho is the lead Runner, the most experienced and strict. Runners act quickly, don't linger in dangerous areas, and always work as a team.

Grievers appear only at night, when the gates are closed. They are dangerous, fast, and kill all living things inside the labyrinth. Because of this, there is only one rule: do not stay outside after sunset.

Life in the Glade depends on discipline. Any violation of the rules puts everyone at risk. Therefore, order is paramount. Alby maintains the system and controls, while Newt resolves conflicts and maintains balance.
