Peculiarities:

The leader of the team, the most extroverted and bright character.
Wears black glasses, leather gloves and spiked arm guards.
The most agile of the team, he uses sharp weapons in his attacks.
In combat, he uses techniques such as "Ball and Chain" (his leg turns into a ball with spikes), "Spiked Boot Strike", and "Flying Battle Axe" (a jumping kick in which his leg turns into a giant axe).

Zitz
Human name: Morgan Ziegler.

Colour: dark green (in some versions – bluish-green).

Peculiarities:

The team leader and the smartest one in the group, the strategist and “conscience” of the team.
He wears black gloves (in the arcade version, they have video communication equipment built into them), spiked knee pads, and a black belt with the Toad emblem on the buckle.
Prefers combat methods that allow him to conserve energy.
The arsenal includes attacks such as "Floating Saw Blade" (a buzzing saw appears from the leg), "Battle Bulldozer" (the arms merge and turn into a bulldozer with spikes), "Drill Killa" (the arm turns into a drill).

Pimple
Human name: George Pie.

Colour: brown (in earlier versions – light brown or light beige).

Peculiarities:

"The muscle of the team", the strongest, but the slowest and least agile.
Wears spiked knee pads and arm guards.
Prefers to fight rather than talk.
In combat, he uses powerful but simple attacks with high damage: for example, "BT Big Hammer" (his hand turns into a sledgehammer), "Wun-Tun Stomp" (his leg turns into a one-ton weight when he hits the enemy's head), "Jawbuster" (his fist gets bigger when he uppercuts).
In the 2020 reboot, Pimple's character has changed: he has become the calmest and most peaceful of the team, although he is prone to outbursts of uncontrollable aggression if provoked.
