Alice has 'protagonist' syndrome: she's very cunning and always gets you into trouble. She acts nice in front of everyone, but in reality, she's just manipulating. Alice constantly wants attention from Shingen and Shintaro, despite being afraid of them.

After his defeat by Gapreng Kim and his gang, he suffered a serious psychological blow. He became extremely lethargic and practically unresponsive to almost everyone and everything.
