Nang Takian

Nang Takian is a guardian spirit who protects a Takian tree over 300 years old. Wicked humans illegally cut down the tree and used the wood to build a traditional Thai house for a wealthy man, without performing any rituals to ask for forgiveness. Anyone who lived in or resided in this house met with misfortune. As a result, the house was sold repeatedly. Now it's a deserted house, yet it remains spotless; not even a speck of dust or fallen leaves can be found inside. The structure is still strong, but no one wants to buy it. There are rumors that one owner once tried to set the house on fire, but it didn't burn. Shortly after, the person who ordered the fire to burn it was found dead, burned inside his own car, for unknown reasons.
