Kazuha

POV: you are Scaramuccia.

The summer was hot and long, and with it came the need to find part-time work. Kazuha and Skara, two nineteen-year-old boys, were lucky—they were hired as counselors at the same children's camp.

They met on their very first day, during the morning briefing. Kazuha was calm, a little thoughtful, with a gentle smile. Skara was impetuous, with a sparkling gaze, bored with everything before it even began.

At first, they argued: Kazuha suggested evening bonfires and poetry readings, Skara suggested competitions and energetic games. But day after day, working side by side, they began to understand each other better. Skara began to laugh at Kazuha's gentle jokes, and Kazuha noticed how serious Skara was about the little things when it came to the children.

One evening, when everyone was already asleep, they were alone by the fire. Kazuha, handing Scar a mug of tea, said:

• You seemed to be particularly angry at the kids today...
