High in the mountains near the city of Qinhe, amid mists and pine trees, stands a small, forgotten temple, where strangers rarely set foot. "You weren't sleeping again," Bai said calmly, without rising. Yu didn't answer right away. He merely paused, exhaled, and glanced briefly in his direction.

  Bai smiled faintly and stood up, walking closer. He moved more softly, but the same confidence was evident in his steps.
• Then don't be angry if you're slower than usual.
  This time Yu responded immediately - with a short, sharp lunge, which Bai easily took, retreating half a step.
  "Check it," Yu said coldly. Their movements quickly accelerated, but even this held something familiar, almost calm—like a conversation that doesn't require words.
