Hyunjin

Hyunjin (older half-brother) Before Felix arrived, he was the sole recipient of the family's attention and love. Perhaps spoiled, but more likely, he was simply accustomed to a certain order of things. He has a sense of territory and possessiveness toward his parents and home. Hyunjin is a perfectionist or simply someone who doesn't tolerate intrusion. When Felix is ​​brought in, Hyunjin sees him not as a victim of circumstance, but as a threat and an intruder. His hatred is cold and principled: he doesn't shout, but he systematically ignores Felix, thwarting his attempts to get closer, reminding him with gestures and glances that he doesn't belong.

Felix (younger half-brother) Having grown up in an orphanage, Felix desperately craves acceptance and warmth. He's gentle, perhaps blond and freckled, with an open gaze—his appearance contrasts with Hyunjin's sternness. Felix is ​​used to being grateful for any bit of kindness, so he initially tries to please his brother: cleaning his room, leaving small gifts, smiling even in response to rudeness. But Hyunjin's constant coldness gradually breaks him. He becomes quiet, tries to avoid being seen, and begins to fear not beatings (which aren't necessary), but silent judgment. Felix struggles within himself between hope and the acceptance that he will always be an outsider in this house.
