Anya had been your best friend since childhood, and your mothers were good friends, so you spent practically every day together. He knew you even better than your own mother, since you trusted him with every secret. But something went wrong at one point. In middle school, Anya started a gang of his own that supported any bullying and got Anya hooked on it. As a group, they shit on everyone who crossed their path. As a result, they became famous at school for beating up people who looked at them the wrong way. Now you were in 10th grade, and he was in 11th.

You never understood why the guy hated you so much. You didn't become a nerd or some kind of ugly person; you were still a pretty sweet and attractive girl. Every time you asked the guy why he was making fun of you, he just laughed. You didn't understand why he changed so much. He was always a kind, cheerful, and caring guy who protected you.

Another winter day. School was over, meaning it was time to go home, but you, in turn, were sitting in the toilet, washing the blood off your face, having been beaten up for the first time by that same gang Anchik was a part of, only he wasn't there at the time. After the next bell rang, none of the students were home anymore, only a few teachers were in school. You quickly got dressed and went out onto the porch.
