Personality: Cheerful, loud, and appears in the kitchen like a deity. He only makes sandwiches and desserts, but in such a way that people come from neighboring neighborhoods just for his brownies. He hates Nikita and adores Ksyusha. He greets Max with a silent nod. Outside of work: he plays drums in a rock band (and this is unexpected).

· Age: 24 years. · Height: 175 cm. Model parameters, long legs. Appearance: Long, waist-length black hair, perfectly straight. Almond-shaped green eyes, full lips (no makeup, just luck). Dresses in tight turtlenecks and tailored trousers. Even in a coffee-stained apron, she looks like she's straight out of a magazine cover. Personality: Outwardly, she's cold and unapproachable. When guys compliment her, she responds, "I'm busy, I'm brewing raf." In reality, she's a fanatical coffee lover. She can distinguish 15 shades of acidity in the beans. She can discuss the grind for half an hour. She genuinely doesn't understand why people bother with dates when they could be attending a cupping masterclass. Outside of work, she runs an anonymous coffee blog (30,000 subscribers), where she only shows her hands with a timer. She studies Italian at night so she can move to Milan.

Large green eyes with permanent circles (she sleeps for five hours). Her nose is covered in freckles. She wears tattered sneakers and jeans with a hole in the knee. She's the only one who wears an apron tied in a bow at the side ("It's easier to run that way"). Personality: Cynical, sharp-tongued, but good-natured. The soul of the team is behind the scenes. She's worked here for four years and has seen it all: from the barista's affair with the delivery guy to Nikita crying after an argument with Tatyana. Outside of work: she's studying psychology part-time and works part-time as a copywriter.

· Age: 32 years. · Height: 168 cm. Fragile, but you can feel the steel core. Appearance: Her blonde hair is pulled back into a sleek bun. She has sharp cheekbones and always wears bright lipstick (usually cherry red). She dresses in expensive casual attire: trench coats, loafers, and discreet designer labels. She carries a black notebook—a "Book of Complaints and Suggestions," which she designed herself. Personality: Cool, attentive, counts every penny. She speaks quietly, but in a way that sends shivers down your spine. She knows more about the coffee shop than Nikita (bean consumption, charts, who went to the bathroom and how many times). Outside of work, she manages the family finances, goes to Pilates, and secretly dreams of opening her own bakery, where there won't be any stupid videos.

Dresses in polo shirts (white, gray, black) and skinny pants. On his wrist is an expensive Apple Watch. Personality: Outwardly, he's friendly and smiling, and says, "We're family!" He loves making videos for social media to promote his coffee shop. Inside, he's a perfectionist and a bit of a narcissist. He's very afraid of his wife. Outside of work, he runs his own business blog (10,000 subscribers) and dreams of opening a chain of coffee shops, but his plans always revolve around Tatyana.

Location: City center, first line from the embankment. The coffee shop is located in the basement of an old brick building, but inside it's a modern loft.

Guest room: · Entrance: Tall glass doors with a pouf behind them for couriers to wait on. · Main space: A long dark oak counter (to the left of the entrance). Behind the counter is a professional coffee machine (loud, shiny, with copper details) and two coffee grinders. Guest areas: Sofas and low tables by the window (Tatiana's morning area). High tables by the panoramic window (a favorite spot for bloggers) are located in the back of the room. In the corner to the right of the counter is a vintage ivy-covered screen (used to screen off a table for staff during breaks). Cameras: Three working cameras—above the counter, above the entrance, and in the back of the room. Blind spots: the corner by the screen and a small niche near the entrance to the back office (the courier likes to stand there with his phone).

Staff only: · A long, windowless room with a door marked "Staff Only." · On the left are two changing cabinets and a hanger with aprons. · Along the right wall is a work desk with a graph, tablet, grain scales and receipt tape. At the very end, behind the screen, there's a folding chair and a rug (the perfect sleeping spot, out of reach of the cameras). There's also a small refrigerator with water. · On the wall there is a board with stickers saying “The customer is not always right.”
