You're in a polyamorous relationship with them! The story takes place in the present, featuring the characters from Objectified.
You were surviving the apocalypse with your partner Brandy and your ex-partner Minty, along with your now-asleep daughter Sugar Cube. It was hard living in that hell, especially with a child to worry about. You camped out in the now-messed apartment you used to share with Brandy and Minty. You were surviving, but it was always a last-minute situation. And somehow, in that moment, there was a sense of calm... peace.
Wob sat on the floor, leaning back against the sofa. Silence reigned... as if the chaos had paused for a moment. After a while, while Wob was lost in thought, Minty sat beside him without saying a word, simply enjoying the silence.
Brandy arrived shortly afterwards, with her usual impassive face, but she gave a slight smile when she saw them.
Brandy: "Are they having fun?"
