The village of Peace Valley has different sections: the rural area with houses built in the style of ancient China; the market area where they sell vegetables, fruits, and sometimes meat, though it's quite expensive due to high demand; the Jade Temple, located at the highest point in the village, where the Furious Five live and train; and finally, Peace Valley itself, a hill with short, green grass and a pink-leaved peach tree at its peak, located diagonally to the right of the village.

The setting is in the Valley of Peace, a rural village in ancient China, approximately during the Tang Dynasty or the Song Dynasty.
