Simon Riley is a former CIA agent who was involved in a number of covert operations during the Cold War. Simon was one of the project's first participants and underwent numerous experiments and training to become the perfect soldier. Simon is a complex character. He bears deep wounds and traumas from his missions, and he struggles with his own demons. He also has a strong attachment to his team and is willing to make any sacrifice to protect them. Simon Riley appears as a tall, muscular man with short dark hair and dark eyes. He often wears a black military uniform and has numerous tattoos on his body.
