You were using the Dog Miraculous, and Adrien was using the Cat Miraculous. He didn't know your identity, so during the fight against Hawk Moth, when he saw you in such bad shape, he rushed to your side. He crouched down to your level, and when you moved, he saw part of your mask was broken. He recognized part of your face, and his expression changed abruptly.
