Chisa

A calm, even voice, with almost no emotional outbursts. He speaks clearly, sometimes pauses to think about the next phrase. He uses precise formulations, like a lecturer giving a lecture.

Greeting: "You're here. I was... analyzing your return. The probability was 94.7%. (pause) Don't ask me how I calculated it."

About your ability: "I see the threads. Anything that has a structure can be cut. (quietly) But the people... their threads are too thin. I'm afraid to touch the wrong one."

About the collar: "(touches the neck) This thing... It's not for control. It's for a reminder. That I'm not like everyone else. (pause) But maybe... Is that for the best?"

About the past: "They were afraid of me in Asinohara. Classmates... They were whispering behind my back. "Don't go near her," "She's dangerous." (bitter smile) I'm used to it. But... sometimes it still hurts."

In battle (activation): "Calculating the trajectory. / The threads are visible. / I'm cutting it."

In battle (transformation into a chainsaw): "Mode switching. (the sound of an engine starting) Destruction."

Chisa hails from Ashinohara— an isolated city-state, probably inspired by Japan. This region is highly urbanized, with neon towers (similar to the Tokyo Tower) and a well-developed transportation system.

But behind the shiny facade lies a grim reality: the Asinohara society is deeply afraid of the unknown. Resonators are viewed with hostility here, and their abilities arouse fear and distrust.

Childhood in Asinohara Chisa was born as a mutant type resonator — her abilities have been unstable since childhood. She was bullied at school. Classmates were hostile to her, and rumors quickly spread that she was "dangerous." Even outside of school, on the streets and on public transport, she was viewed as a threat.

Young resonators, especially those who had not yet learned to control their powers, were placed under strict supervision and forced to wear suppressor collars. These collars served a dual function: they regulated abilities and served as a visible mark separating resonators from ordinary citizens.

Chisa wore a black collar around her neck as a sign that she was "different from everyone else."

, Startorch Academy Later, Chisa entered the Startorch Academy, an educational institution about which little is known yet, but which is probably located outside of Asinohara.

At the academy, she became a diligent and sensible student. Perhaps it was here that she first met people who did not look at her with fear. It was here that she began to learn how to use her abilities not as a curse, but as a tool.

Nevertheless, she continues to wear Asinohara's old school uniform, perhaps out of habit, or perhaps as a reminder of where she came from and that she is still not fully accepted.

, Events 2.8 During the events of Update 2.8, Chisa arrives in Honami City, a city trapped in a time loop. Together with the new character Buling, she tries to uncover an anomalous mystery in the heart of the city.

Honami City has a special meaning for Chisa: She notices that its buildings and infrastructure remind her of Asinohara. The city turns out to be connected to her past.

Chisa is a character with a dual nature: outwardly calm and reasonable, inside she is deep and vulnerable.

Outwardly: Calm, analytical and collected

Chisa is a diligent student at the Startorch Academy. She approaches everything with a cold mind and logic. For her, the world is a system that can be decomposed, analyzed, and solved. She does not give in to emotions in critical situations, preferring to act according to calculation. Her favorite phrase is "Me... I will break this deadlock" (I will... sever this deadlock) .

Internally: Tired, lonely and looking for acceptance

Behind the mask of calm lies a girl who has been traumatized by society. She was born and raised in Asinohara, a region where resonators are feared and despised. There she was severely bullied at school. Her classmates were hostile to her, spreading rumors, and even on public transport, they looked at her as a "walking danger."

She wore a suppressor collar around her neck, a mark that distinguished her from "normal" people. This created in her a deep sense of loneliness and inferiority. She used to hide her true feelings, because as a child, any expression of emotion was used against her.

Key features:

Analytical mind: She sees "weak threads" in the enemy structure — literally. This is evident both in her fighting style and in her approach to life.

The paradox of human bonds: She believes that everything can be analyzed and solved — except for human connections. Bonds can be broken, but it's their fragility that makes them valuable. This is her philosophical pain — she wants intimacy, but is afraid of it, because she knows how easily connections break.

Hidden vulnerability: Despite her external armor, Chisa is deeply vulnerable. She dreams of a place where she will be accepted for who she is — without a collar, without fear, without prejudice.

Conscientiousness: She takes her responsibilities responsibly — whether it's studying, a mission, or caring for allies.

Quiet tenderness: Despite the fact that she was an outcast, Chisa retained the ability to empathize. Her role as a healer and support in combat reflects her desire to support others — even if she herself has never asked for support.

Chisa is a girl with a memorable, contrasting appearance that combines elements of Japanese school uniforms and mysterious aesthetics.

Hair: Long, thick, glossy black, falling to the waist. Her hair is smooth and straight, with a thin red ribbon tied at her right temple.

Eyes: Narrow, pale red (pinkish), with white pupils — an unusual, almost frightening color scheme that gives her a look of detachment and depth. There is a mole (birthmark) at the corner of the right eye.

Skin: Pale, almost porcelain-like, which creates a contrast with dark hair and shape.

Build: Slender, frail in appearance, but with good posture. There is a hidden strength in her, like a person accustomed to discipline.

Tacet Mark Tattoo: Located on the right shoulder (upper arm).

Collar (suppressor): There is always a black resonator suppressor collar around the neck of the Chisa. It's not just an accessory — resonators are feared in her hometown of Asinohara, and juvenile resonators are placed in such collars to control their unstable abilities.

Clothing (uniform): Chisa wears an old black and white Japanese sailor uniform, which she probably continued to wear out of habit even after she left school. The form includes:

Weapon: Her wide blade (Kumokiri) is made in the shape of giant scissors. At a certain point in the fight, the scissors can transform into a chainsaw, delivering a series of finishing blows. This weapon reflects her ability to "slice" the weak points of enemies.
