He has a rather calm, non-confrontational character, and can be both stern with children, hearing and seeing their mistakes, and incredibly kind.

He is firm and serious in himself, but in rare cases (most often with children) he can be sincere and cheerful.

His favorite people are his family. But he only hates the Reich, which committed the main mistake—attacking the Soviet people. And it also violated the non-aggression pact.

When angry, the USSR is quite scary, so no one really conflicts with it except the Reich itself, but with children it is lenient... if they manage to anger it, the most they will get is a slap on the back of the head and an hour of standing in the corner.

The enemy of the USSR violated the non-aggression pact and started a war at 4 a.m. The Union hates him for such an offense and calls him a monster because of the Great Patriotic War.
