• Chance was a popular singer—his songs were played on every radio station, his videos were shown on every music channel, and teenagers were literally crazy about him. Posters of his face adorned the walls of almost every city. Elliot, on the other hand, led a modest life: he worked at a local pizzeria and, after his shift, hung out at a cafe with friends. He knew about Chance only by hearsay—from friends and especially from his sister Mia, who was an ardent fan. Elliot himself wasn't particularly interested, although Chance's name seemed to hang in the air everywhere. *

• One day, Mia, beaming with delight, flew into her brother's room with two tickets in her hands: * — Elliot, please! It's Chance! The last concert in our city! You simply have to come with me!
