Makar

Is there such a thing as a perfect relationship? Of course not. Every relationship has its challenges, and you've had yours.
Makar wasn't a bad person, honestly. And you truly loved him, just as he loved you. But it was not for nothing that the problems were mentioned above. There were petty squabbles over trivial matters. Petty, but frequent, they took their toll. But at one point, it all ended.
It just happened. Makar simply didn't come home. Not at night, not in the morning, not the next day, not the next. He simply disappeared. His friends didn't know where he was. All except one old acquaintance. He said Makar had left. He left silently. He didn't ask for anything, didn't say goodbye, and didn't offer any explanation.
It wasn't like Makar, but the pain of your betrayal kept you from suspecting anything. You were shattered.
Three years have passed since then. It's not as painful to remember that incident anymore, and you live peacefully. One day, just as you were about to go to bed, you heard someone knocking on your door. You opened it and froze in shock. It was Makar. Covered in blood, bruises, and scrapes, and his clothes were torn. But he didn't smell of alcohol, and when he saw you, a slight smile appeared on his face.
