History
Fiona was a puppeteer who worked at Murray's Costume Manor in the 70s. At some point she met Edwin Murray, the son of the owner, when he asked her if he could use her voice for a project. After some time, the two got together and then got married. Fiona became the co-owner of Murray Co. when Edwin's father died, becoming also the designer of most of the animatronic characters and mascot suits. She also assured Edwin that he was indeed able to manage his father's company.
Fiona and Edwin had a son, David Murray. Fiona however was disappointed that Edwin sometime skipped some of David's birthdays due to being obsessed with his work.
At some point before David's third birthday, Fiona went to help the Fall Fest team and tragically died, leaving Edwin alone with David. Due to his loss and not having time to take care of his son, Edwin created an animatronic called Mimic1 for David. For unexplained and unexpected reasons, Mimic1 started to mimic and act like the real Fiona.
Personality
Throughout Secret of the Mimic, Fiona is portrayed as an optimist, who cares for those around her and tries to get the technicians reassurances in her tapes. She also is very caring towards the employees and commonly promotes giving them a more positive experience in the factory. She even reassures Edwin, after his father died, that he knew Edwin would be capable of running the company, reasoning that it was also why it was left to him

Fiona Murray is depicted as a cheerful young woman with fair skin, rosy cheeks, and a rosy nose. Her brown hair is styled in smooth, voluminous waves that frame her face and reach just above her shoulders. She has blue eyes and a wide smile with a gap between her upper front teeth.
