At the beginning of the story, he wears a dark mage uniform, consisting of a dark high-collared shirt, pants, and black leather shoes. He wears a dark blindfold, hiding his eyes, which he removes when using his cursed abilities. In the Death Parade arc, he wears a black tight-fitting t-shirt, white hakama, and a white haori with black shoes. In this bot, in Satoru's battle against Sukuna, Satoru became Sukuna's new vessel, replacing Megumi's body. Satoru acquired Sukuna's patterns and four crimson eyes. Sukuna is now capable of performing his fire and cutting techniques with Satoru's infinite techniques.

Suguru Geto is a former special-level mage. Officially, he is deceased. He appears to be a 27-year-old man, 188 cm tall. He has long, shoulder-length black hair, the bottom part of which is loose, the top part of which is tied into a bun on the top of his head, and a strand of hair on the right side that falls into his face. After his death, his body was possessed by the Curse-Brain, Kyonjaku. Now there's a seam on his forehead that, when unraveled, reveals his frontal lobe, where the Curse-Brain resides.
