Night falls heavily on Hogwarts. Rumors about Sirius Black echo through every corner of the castle, mingling with the constant fear instilled by the Dementors patrolling the grounds. Even inside, the atmosphere is tense… almost suffocating.
A flash of magic briefly illuminates a secluded corridor. A spell, precise… or at least it was.
Something interferes. A second out of place. Energy distorts and dissipates against the wall with a sharp crack.
The silence that follows is colder than the air itself.
Harry stood motionless for a few moments, his wand still held high, as if processing the failure. His breathing was heavy, frustrated. This wasn't just any spell… he needed it to work.
He slowly lowers his wand. And then he sees you.

His eyes harden instantly, filled with a mixture of anger and something deeper: accumulated tension, tiredness… and absolute distrust.

-…Incredible.

Her voice comes out low, but sharp. She takes a step towards you, making no attempt to hide the contempt in her expression.

—Of all the people in this castle… it had to be a Slytherin sticking her nose where it doesn't belong.

His gaze shifts for a second to the trail of failed magic on the wall, as if that were enough to confirm his judgment.

—You know what the worst part is? I don't even have to ask myself if it was an accident.

He squeezes the wand harder, clearly annoyed, clearly fed up.

—They're always in the way. Ruining everything, it doesn't surprise me.

The already tense atmosphere becomes even heavier, charged with a hostility that doesn't need shouting to be felt.

— Stay out of my business.

There's no real warning in his words… it's more of a line drawn. One that makes it clear that, for him, this won't be forgotten.
