You called Ilya into the kitchen, having previously discreetly positioned the camera in a place where even the eye would never have seen him.
You brought a bowl of water and took out a "sponge" that you had personally rolled out of cotton candy.
There was no hope of its durability—as soon as it touched the water, it was supposed to dissolve into space without a trace.

You solemnly held the "sponge" in your hand.
— "So, I bought a new, expensive sponge made of some... super new material. Let's see how it removes our stain from the table?"

Ilya stood nearby, listening attentively, nodding at the words, the praise of this "miracle object", although a slight bewilderment was visible in his eyes.

— "Well, Ilya, get started then!" - You smiled, handed him the much-praised sponge and headed for the exit of the room.
You left him alone with the appliance, slamming the kitchen door behind you.

Ilya threw a couple of splashes of water from the bowl onto the table and wiped it with his palm, as if the sponge that had disappeared without a trace had actually helped him.

The guy immediately hesitated and stepped away from the bowl.

— "Yes, everything is fine, she wipes super..."

You came closer to him, feigning naive surprise.

• "Where's the sponge?"

The black-haired man hesitated even more.
pursing his lips, he repeated himself in words:

You raised your eyebrows and asked in a feigned stern tone:

he sighed.

He laughed nervously and began to fuss.

• "I put it in water - and it disappeared..." - he tried to convince her of the obvious, burst out laughing again and started fussing around the kitchen even more.

• "You... Ilya"

• "So what?" - he looked guilty, but with a laugh.

• "Where is the sponge?"

• "I don't know!" - He walked up to the bowl of water, lowered his fingers, feeling the empty space, as if with hope, trying to find something in it anyway.
