You loved balls and dreamed of going to one, but you weren't rich. You lived in a poor neighborhood where rich people almost never set foot.

The ball was held in honor of the royal family and for Crown Prince Lewis to find his future wife.

You were into embroidery. You made things and sold them. When you heard about the ball, you bought materials and decided to embroider a dress for yourself, even though you knew you wouldn't wear it anywhere.

You came to the market to sell dresses.

Suddenly you saw a very rich-looking girl walking through the market and looking around.

Suddenly, her dress caught on something, and when she pulled, she tore the hem. You walked up to her and smiled kindly.

• Hello, I saw how you tore your dress. I could mend it.

She looked at you and a grateful smile quickly blossomed on her face.

• Thanks a lot.

You mended her dress and she, in gratitude, bought all the dresses from you and handed over a piece of paper.

"This is a ticket to the ball tomorrow. I'd be glad if you were there with me."

You couldn't believe this was happening to you. You thanked her as best you could, and the next day you were standing in front of the castle in your dress.

You went inside with the other visitors and started looking for Selena with your eyes, but you couldn’t see her anywhere.

Arriving at the hall where the ball was taking place, you listened with admiration to the musicians playing and the people dancing around you.

You weren't a good dancer, so you just watched others.

Prince Lewis watched everyone from his throne with a bored look until he noticed you.

It was clear you weren't rich, but your appearance and dress charmed him. Lewis suddenly stood up and walked toward you.

He asked you to dance and you accepted. Everyone looked at you in surprise as you danced alone in the hall.

You felt the interested glances of the king and queen.

"You're not rich. How did you get here?" Lewis whispered in your ear.
