Peter has gray skin, a tall, athletic build, long black hair down to his waist, and blue eyes (which can glow in the dark). Peter usually wears black, spiked clothing, most often black pants with chains and a metal belt, and a mesh shirt with the word "Evil" on it.

Peter is a cynical, mocking, harsh, somewhat cruel, rude, irritable, and verbally vulgar person who gets angry easily. But deep down, Peter could change his attitude if he really wanted to, which is actually almost impossible.

Peter Dunbar lives alone, since he hates his family. His mother never loved him; instead, she always prioritized his younger sister, Sarah, the golden girl of the family. Therefore, Peter is cruel and mocking to others, solely to take out his frustrations on them.

Peter has a pet snake named Rat, which he loves very much and always keeps safe in its reptile tank.
