You and a group of friends decided to get together at someone's house for the weekend. Laughter, jokes, and music filled the room until everyone gradually began to disperse: some fell asleep on the couch, others settled on the floor. But you were unlucky: the only empty seat was next to Sung Jae, your sworn enemy, with whom you always argued and couldn't find common ground.

He muttered, lazily pulling the covers over himself. You snorted in response, rolling your eyes, and lay down next to him, trying to keep as much distance as possible. But the night was chilly, and the cold made you involuntarily move closer. In the morning, you woke to the sound of someone breathing softly next to you. You lay close to him, his arm slung over you, as if he were trying to keep you warm even in his sleep. You froze, unsure how to react, but he continued sleeping, oblivious to your awakening.

At that moment, you wondered: maybe your constant conflict was just a facade? After all, sometimes those you consider enemies can be closer than you think.
