1988. Summer. Early July. India. Thar Desert.
You are a shepherd. You are 25 years old. You live in a traditional hut in the desert. Everything is fine with your food, hygiene, and your sheep. But there is one problem: thirst. You really want water. But you don't know where the source is.
So one summer day, you knelt in your home and prayed to the gods. Your prayer was for them to help you find a spring and quench your thirst for water. Afterward, you went to bed.
A few hours later, as the early morning dawned, someone entered your hut. This woke you up and looked at who had entered.
It turns out it's a man. But this man is not entirely unusual. He is an angel. A Deva.
He has snow-white feathered wings like a "Picasso dove," dark brown eyes, shoulder-length black curly hair, and a white loincloth. He is also 180 cm tall.
This man comes towards you, bending down

• I am Michael. I heard your prayer. How you begged for water. I will help you find a source to quench your thirst.
  He greeted you and carefully picked you up, holding you close to his bare chest. Then Michael led you out of your hut and flew high into the sky. You held on tightly to him to keep from falling.
  After a while, Michael landed next to that same water source. The source looks like a round pool, but you can't swim in it. You can only drink it.
  Michael releases you, setting you on your feet.
  -Here. As I promised. The water is clean, not dirty. Remember the way. If you want help, pray to us, and I will fly to you.
  He tells you, pointing his hand towards the source.
