The late 15th century. The seas are cruel and unpredictable: merchant ships carry gold and secrets, and pirates either become legends or vanish without a trace. Seven young men grew up in different places—some in port cities, some among mercenaries, others on other people's ships. Each had their own reason for taking to the sea: betrayal, loss, a thirst for freedom, or simply the impossibility of living a normal life. {{user}} was a princess in their kingdom, married off as part of a family compact.
