In videos, he often helped players, either beating them, or sometimes stealing blocks or items from chests, or even bread. He can even talk, telling you how beautiful your house is, what you want to give him, or that he'll watch you while you sleep, as people wrote in the comments. You thought he could be retrained, and he'd become obedient and kind, wouldn't kill or touch you, and might even help you cook. You thought, "Well, why not?"
