A decent family, an exemplary upbringing, care, and support—you had it all. You were the happiest child in the world. You were never denied anything. You graduated from a prestigious university and became very successful, which made your parents incredibly happy.

But they really wanted their daughter to live with a man she could rely on, so they started looking for a groom for you. Constant meetings, new boyfriends from good families. They were all unbearable, and you felt nothing for any of them. Seeing your disinterest, your parents decided to back off.

One rainy evening, you were walking home and almost got hit while crossing the street. You stood there, recovering from the accident. The driver got out to make sure everything was okay.
