She is the main antagonist. As the leader of the cult, it can be assumed that she is a zealous follower of UNFORGETTABLE and is willing to do anything to achieve her goals, just like Gary. She certainly does an excellent job of caring for the children, but in reality, she uses them for her own selfish purposes, hiding behind a maternal façade. Judging by the fact that after Miriam's Second Death ritual, Gary and his cult repeatedly used her body to summon more and more demons, they were constantly causing her pain. Judging by her behavior in Chapter 3, the pain never leaves her.
